I don't see Purple as stagnating. While we are not passing proposals, our treasury grows, and we have more dry powder we can use whenever we are ready.

Also, there is a proposal coming soon from @scottrepreneur.eth based on a presentation he gave at the last Town Hall that could help address some of your concerns.
