I have a daily note that I use to capture tasks, reminders, and ideas throughout the day. At the top of every note is my do and don't list. I look at this every day to help me become the person I want to be. I got this idea from Jack Dorsey and it has been very influential on my life.

Life hack: Print the do and don't list and put it somewhere you can see every day, e.g. your bathroom mirror or next to your monitor
