which tool do you use for personal/ team task tracking? i have a lot of notes on my phone, especially after conferences/meetups i usually turn them into tasks on notion for business-related items and jira for development, but I'm wondering if anyone has a better idea on how to optimize this process and automatically convert notes into actionable step

hey @samantha here we see another case of why personal productivity sucks. PS: no there is no best solution and creating one will just be one more TODO tracking app unless it auto imports and checks TODOs in all other apps you use + works on all your devices as easy as Apple NOtes lol

trello boards bc at surface easy, simply, elegant, then you can put quite a lot of info into each tile

I use Trello for all task management. Have an input board with an inbox column. All new tasks go there. I frequently use this at conferences or in meetings. Every week I process my inbox, moving the cards to someday/maybe, areas, or projects board. Projects = do this week Areas = do later, categorised

been using apple reminders recently it's a bit clunky, but works across all my devices and doesn't require setting up another service

Notion tbh. Try to keep it at light as possible.
