which tool do you use for personal/ team task tracking? i have a lot of notes on my phone, especially after conferences/meetups i usually turn them into tasks on notion for business-related items and jira for development, but I'm wondering if anyone has a better idea on how to optimize this process and automatically convert notes into actionable step

been using apple reminders recently it's a bit clunky, but works across all my devices and doesn't require setting up another service
