basic idea: - dao controlled smart contract takes in nouns and issues $nouns and vice versa - dao takes a small portion of the treasury nouns (eg 50) and mints $nouns and pairs it with eth to put into a uniswap pool to seed liquidity - nouns deposited in the $nouns pool don’t vote and that’s okay

@jarmen idea to allow to settle/redeem from regular auction cadence is best, imo. this way the rewardee plays the same game as other members and there’s no contention around treasury nouns. Counterargument ofc is that fractional tokens will almost certainly trade at a discount to nouns which is culturally not ideal

Imo we limit ourselves if we make it too formulaic to a Noun. Should be like quantitative easing: we need power to mint! 😀 One version is 1000 $nouns are auctioned everyday

sounds like a naive implementation with erc404 could do the trick. 1. lock nouns to mint erc404 nft 2. thats it. no step2 needed
