I showed my 6yo that part in The Last Samurai where Tom Cruise keeps getting beaten down again and again and getting up again and again. I told him the character had the “warrior spirit” and he has attached to the phrase. Eg today he told me today have 0 warrior spirit because I was being negative.

Learnings since setting up a home gym - My kids want to work out with me all the time. Should have done sooner. - Apparently my kids had 2x - 3x more energy to give on any given day, just no way to channel it.
