I've finally harvested the Chinese cabbage I've been working on for 7 weeks. I've never seen Chinese cabbages this huge before; I guess this is how it is since this is all organic and made with love! 

After harvesting 2 baskets full, I gave it away to families in our community—5 families. They were grateful and happy and even said they'll make it their meal since this vegetable is common in our dishes  ⌐◨-◨ @drgonzo

rewards for doing great work shouldn't exclusively depend on votes. 

there's always going to be a place for nouners to decide flows, but ultimately it's a zero-sum attention game prone to collusion and apathy. builder upside should be based in positive sum things that grow the entire flows pie for everyone

stuff like matching pools that incentivize flow level fundraising / zora mints of compiled impact etc. any fun ideas on this front?

/nouns  creating /flows is indeed a great thing that has happened and that IS happening. I mean, what better way can you find and unite people with the same principles and initiatives and urge to create impact in the world than what flows is doing right now? 

And mind you, these people, from different parts of the world, do not know each other personally, yet what connects them is the desire to create impact. And, with the power of the blockchain, here we are in /flows, connected by a shared purpose, driving positive and lasting change together.
