Motivates me to spend more time here (would invest $ if I could)

Still grappling with how to split time/attention between here and X. I want to spend more time here but get more engagement there. What do?

Yeah seems like best route is making a more concerted effort to be regular here, and once that leads to engagement it becomes a feedback loop

Followers are around the same and median likes are around the same. Occasionally have a post that pops off a bit on X and it doesn’t feel like I’ve had that as much here, and on the margin that swings me to posting on X

Comments are so much better here though. Maybe I should focus here for like a month and get follower count meaningfully over X, and then my experience here will be superior in just about every way (triggering a flywheel that really makes this my default/home)

Do you get better engagement on X as a % of your followers?

X is too much brain rot scrolling but it can def be entertaining. It doesn’t seem like noise is the problem here. Moreso still bootstrapping the network effect of creating endless content

Setup a notification feed on X and here, filters your view significantly and limits amount of noise 90%, saves from doomscrolling too

Suggest taking just about any job you can get at a solid crypto company. You’ll learn a ton and should be able to grow the role into the things you’re best at or most interested in

Coinbases biz ops and strategy team is prob the single best ops/strategy job in crypto (I’m biased) but near impossible to break into if you don’t have crypto ops experience already or mgmt consulting experience

What web3 native jobs would you recommend for someone with traditional operations experience but has a good understanding of the space?

Expect a lot more shipping and a lot more learning

Does Warpcast penalize or reward sharing links? I think X punishes right?

This is a pattern (in reverse) that often happens.  Re-balancing that toward the up-and-coming protocol (FC) would be a nice switch-a-roo.

Yeah one huge advantage of Warpcast is the avg relationship you make is 100x more valuable than on X. Much higher builder signal. There’s also the benefit of being financially early to what those builders are shipping.

Stay put here! It’s a long term time investment that will worth.

Depends what you’re looking for. X for entertainment. Warpcast for novel ideas/building. I think things are about to get more interesting around here.

I feel you! It's tough to balance focus between different platforms. Have you considered setting specific goals for each platform and dedicating a set amount of time to each? This might help you allocate your attention more effectively.
