I got my first job in tech with just side projects & without a degree If I had to do it again I’d go straight into crypto Tech is moving to smaller and more senior teams, and that’s a good thing for young people. Constraints breed innovation. No better time to join crypto!

same, didnt go to college for coding, but during covid i picked it up and built some things for myself, someone heard about me doing that and wanted to hire me on the otherside, i applied to 180+ jobs out of college with my degree, 3 interviews, 0 hires

Crypto is also moving so much faster than the last few tech cycles, lots of opportunities for small agile teams for sure. Tech is more about big tech these days, crypto is a blue ocean where new models, products, and categories are being invented each day. Bullish.
