I got my first job in tech with just side projects & without a degree If I had to do it again Iād go straight into crypto Tech is moving to smaller and more senior teams, and thatās a good thing for young people. Constraints breed innovation. No better time to join crypto!

Love to see it man. I quit an incredible career in medicine years ago so I could pivot to crypto. It took 8 years of learning, building, networking, and just absolutely dedicating myself to it but this year I got an absolutely life changing position in web3. Worth it.
