Startup is changing. Most 2023 teams I've seen are extremely lean, remote and generalists.

would love to agree on this, however my past experience speaks otherwise! for the future: im taking that control back and making things right !

I'd say depends on the company stage, it's true that you can do more with less, but now I'm also glad we have an office (no one is in charge for fruits or coffee tho :P)
