Best bet is to to find channels for topics you’re interested in and then follow any and all accounts that post remotely interesting content. Better to over follow and trim later than to try to curate a perfect list. What are your interests ? We can suggest accounts or channels to check out

Something quick? Vitalik has been pretty picky – has a mix of very legit builders + farcaster OGs. I think starting by just by clicking on his "Following" and smashing those handful can get you started with an interesting feed. From there you can add people per interaction!
