Re: fasted cardio I don’t recommend it because you need to be sure not to overtrain without fueling At a certain point it goes from being beneficial to being harmful, so if you don’t take the time to calculate the appropriate intensity and time you shouldn’t do it

I train fasted - cardio, lifting, whatever. Black coffee and some water. Feel light and energetic - works for me!

It’s always been fine to me, but it has never been more than a 20h fast I suppose. But I ran my longest distance ever fasting. Always bring some high carb food with you in case of low energy, and water ;) I actually want to puke if I eat in the 4-5 previous hours hahaha
