Re: fasted cardio I don’t recommend it because you need to be sure not to overtrain without fueling At a certain point it goes from being beneficial to being harmful, so if you don’t take the time to calculate the appropriate intensity and time you shouldn’t do it

I've been doing it pretty regularly, sometimes zone 2, sometimes much higher, for about an hour. What's the calculation and how do you do it?

Cardio workout on an empty stomach should last 30-45 minutes maximum. To avoid low sugar levels, but the body takes energy from glycogen and fatty fiber in the body. Many professionals do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach!

Since I don’t recommend it, I don’t know the best way to execute it Would have to DYOR but basics are that you want to encourage thermogenesis (metabolism) without over burning carbs. Ie no intense exercise without eating and keeping Z2 to a sensible amt of time
