💯 Also overrated, having to crush it! Doing anything is 1000 times better than nothing. Once i learned this, i no longer feared activity. Just enjoy it! 333 $degen (if you want to crush it, that’s cool too, it can be fun no judgement)

Agreed. I’ll echo this statement and go to the simplest level for fellow parents. Next time at the park, play with your kids AS IF you are 7 years old on the playground - climb, explore, jump, slide, duck, play tag, etc… i do this as often as i can. Its wins stacked on top of wins.

I struggle to get enough movement in the day with work so have to train hard in the morning. Sad but true for me 🤷🏻
