I struggle to get enough movement in the day with work so have to train hard in the morning. Sad but true for me 🤷🏻

Unfortunately, 1 hour of highly intense activity in the morning does not counterbalance 8+ hours of being sedentary at work Do you what you have to do, but just understand the limits of what you believe
