Oura out with some useful iPhone lockscreen and ๏ฃฟWatch complications. This is the one health device Iโve constantly been tempted to buy but always stopped myself. Torn between an Oura or a Whoop. Anyone used both and have a strong opinion? https://twitter.com/ouraring/status/1617885526488678402

Iโve had an Apple Watch since day one (so nearly eight years). Whatโs kept you using the Oura ring? I already know Iโd have to take it off for climbing so the Whoop wins there but I donโt like the Whoop pricing strategy or the fact that itโs another wrist-based device.

I wear whoop on the bicep (accuracy improves a lot) and have been using it for 2+ years

Interesting! As in you wear it all day there? Any thoughts on their app experience?

1/ Yeah I only take it off while showering (and sometimes just leave it on). The reason I like whoop over everything else is because it charges on you (even when submerged in water). Otherwise I take wearables off to charge them and then forget to put them on / leave them behind etc.
