Oura out with some useful iPhone lockscreen and ๏ฃฟWatch complications. This is the one health device Iโ€™ve constantly been tempted to buy but always stopped myself. Torn between an Oura or a Whoop. Anyone used both and have a strong opinion? https://twitter.com/ouraring/status/1617885526488678402

Iโ€™ve had an Apple Watch since day one (so nearly eight years). Whatโ€™s kept you using the Oura ring? I already know Iโ€™d have to take it off for climbing so the Whoop wins there but I donโ€™t like the Whoop pricing strategy or the fact that itโ€™s another wrist-based device.

I wear whoop on the bicep (accuracy improves a lot) and have been using it for 2+ years

Interesting! As in you wear it all day there? Any thoughts on their app experience?

1/ Yeah I only take it off while showering (and sometimes just leave it on). The reason I like whoop over everything else is because it charges on you (even when submerged in water). Otherwise I take wearables off to charge them and then forget to put them on / leave them behind etc.
