Oura out with some useful iPhone lockscreen and Watch complications. This is the one health device I’ve constantly been tempted to buy but always stopped myself. Torn between an Oura or a Whoop. Anyone used both and have a strong opinion? https://twitter.com/ouraring/status/1617885526488678402

Had an Oura for a while and just found that I got everything I wanted out of my Apple Watch Ultra now that I sleep with it on my wrist. My Oura has been shelved.

I’ve had both. It depends on which health aspect you desire to improve the most; Oura is better for sleep health tracking vs whoop for exercise IMO. Ours is not comfortable to lift in bc it’s a ring, but is overall less intrusive than the whoop.

I used Whoop but returned it in 30 days. Didn’t think it was very accurate. Real tempted to get an Oura and try it out as well

If you have an Apple Watch, I’d use the oura, as you use watch for daily activity and oura for sleep. Else probably the whoop, although the battery life isn’t great
