Oura out with some useful iPhone lockscreen and Watch complications. This is the one health device I’ve constantly been tempted to buy but always stopped myself. Torn between an Oura or a Whoop. Anyone used both and have a strong opinion? https://twitter.com/ouraring/status/1617885526488678402

I’ve had both. It depends on which health aspect you desire to improve the most; Oura is better for sleep health tracking vs whoop for exercise IMO. Ours is not comfortable to lift in bc it’s a ring, but is overall less intrusive than the whoop.

My main focus area at the moment is ‘body readiness’ (am I fatigued) and building muscle / strength. Which sounds like it leaves me in the unfortunate position of needing to understand sleep / rest but also lift weights.
