Oura out with some useful iPhone lockscreen and Watch complications. This is the one health device I’ve constantly been tempted to buy but always stopped myself. Torn between an Oura or a Whoop. Anyone used both and have a strong opinion? https://twitter.com/ouraring/status/1617885526488678402

I’ve had an Apple Watch since day one (so nearly eight years). What’s kept you using the Oura ring? I already know I’d have to take it off for climbing so the Whoop wins there but I don’t like the Whoop pricing strategy or the fact that it’s another wrist-based device.

Primarily probably the fact that it is completely passive. Only charge when I shower and never have to worry about it. Don’t feel it on my finger vs something heavier or more bulky on wrist, so doesn’t disturb ability to sleep. Also got grandfathered in from buying a while ago so no subscription fee

I wear whoop on the bicep (accuracy improves a lot) and have been using it for 2+ years
