How many of you take creatine? I think it's one of the few really good supplements, along with whey for people who don't have a lot of time in their snacks.

Never noticed it doing anything, but who am I to argue with hundreds of academic studies which say it works. So I take creapure anyway.

I’ve taken creatine with whey protein for the past 8+ months daily. Great for physique but also for general wellbeing. I feel like the cognitive benefits of creatine are generally overlooked. 1000 $DEGEN

I used to take it daily, but after an injury and a few months without working out, im waiting to regain my strength, and then add to it with creatine... I think its great, but i wouldnt take it as a beginner (more muscle strength-> more weight-> more pressure on joints-> may lead to injury)

I was suggested to try it, but speaking with someone who's been training for years this is what he had to say and I am interested in hearing opinions from those more expert than me in this conversation. Is his logic somehow right or not?
