How many of you take creatine? I think it's one of the few really good supplements, along with whey for people who don't have a lot of time in their snacks.

Are totally different supps, but whey is good when you can’t eat proteins and you take it, creatine it’s good because 3/5 gr of creatine are difficultly to be absorbed only by eating. So if I have to choose one I say creatine
