How many of you take creatine? I think it's one of the few really good supplements, along with whey for people who don't have a lot of time in their snacks.

I was suggested to try it, but speaking with someone who's been training for years this is what he had to say and I am interested in hearing opinions from those more expert than me in this conversation. Is his logic somehow right or not?
