If you're not growing, you're stagnant. Push yourself beyond what feels comfortable, and you'll find new strengths.

Stablecoin inflows into exchanges remain positive.šŸ“ˆ But momentum has cooled! šŸ”¹ Liquidity is still net inflow, supporting the market. šŸ”¹ However, current levels are significantly lower than late 2024 / early Jan 2025.

i'm seeing the same people who say "users dont care about decentralization" telling devs "now is the time for privacy" (which most users also dont care about today) which is it? build the world you want to see - not the one that fits your narrative

An unpopular opinion, but here we go. Telegramā€™s TON is in a risky spot. It thrived over the past couple of years thanks to regulatory arbitrage, while Ethereum and Solana were under constant fire in the U.S. Now, with the U.S. crypto policy making a complete 180Ā° turn, everyone is in the same boat. TONā€™s onlyā€”but very strongā€”advantage is its distribution through Telegram. šŸ‘‡

A year ago today, Read Write Own was released. So much has happened in crypto since then. The past year, I spent a lot of time traveling and speaking at eventsā€”some crypto-focused, some not. Even as crypto faced regulatory uncertainty in Washington and sustained criticism from mainstream media, I kept hearing something different from the people I met: passion and optimism. There was a clear gap between the narrative out there and what I was seeing on the ground. So, while Iā€™m excited to see the tides turn with growing bipartisan and institutional support, Iā€™m not entirely surprised. Crypto was never going away. At some point, the value of what blockchains enableā€”stablecoins, DeFi, AI systems, games, social experiences, and moreā€”had to be recognized. Weā€™re still far from the full vision I described in Read Write Own, but weā€™re moving forward. Huge thanks to all the founders, builders, and supporters who tuned out the noise and kept building. Onward.
