i don’t understand the arguments for ending military aid to ukraine because imo it will accelerate wars of aggression and territorial expansion russia takes ukraine china takes taiwan venezuela takes guyana iran takes iraq what are the other wars of territorial expansions likely to kick off?

I guess it’s how much does the US need to contribute towards world defence? Is it the US’s responsibility? I understand the importance of securing certain places for national interests. Violence is an unfortunate reality, but where and how much resources do we spend?

The aggression is mutual. The United States just determined it doesn't need to expand its borders as part of its coercion strategy.

There are no good arguments. The US treatment of Ukraine (who we promised protection to in exchange for them destroying all their nukes and long-range missiles) has been terrible. The message we're sending is you can't rely on us, better get your hands on nukes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Budapest_Memorandum
