leases on cars are an incredible financial product. makes the buyer thinks they are getting a deal (only $ per month!), says nothing about the interest they are effectively paying (since it’s not a loan) and has an insanely high retention rate because you can’t live without a car so might as well. gg auto dealers

Not sure what it is yet but my guess is that technology is the main driver? Low attention span with TikTok brain + LLM cheating. Might also be COVID? Either way we gotta fix this. Education is having a hard time adapating to technology’s pace of change

I made good progress today on my first day of greenhouse construction. These are 4 foot sections that form the side-walls and we got 6 built before our batteries needed a charge break. Tomorrow we keep building 💪
