not sure if shitpost lol but if not.. "full of shit" is usually used at ppl who are suspected to be lying/misleading/exaggerating faking it doesn't necessarily have that component of being suspected so subtle difference also, faking it also breaks down into: 1) lying or 2) behaviorally acting the part when you're not can be two very different things depending on context
