YES the browser tab is awesome and my primary use case so i love it for that. i switched from MM and never looked back. occasionally i have to go do something in MM specifically that won’t work in CBW tho

Rainbow is just really fun, and I need metamask's ledger support. I do recommend it to people though because I have one and enjoy using it. One feature request - I'd love to see an embeddable or deep-linkable onboarding experience available to dapp developers.

1) A while back it was inconsistent (eg. I would sign request from desktop on mobile and it would not go through). Even if fixed, soured me enough that my inertia increased 2) Yes MM is also owned by a US company, but further doxxing my onchain presence to CB feels invasive

No for two reasons: 1.) primarily use on desktop and having to 2fa on mobile is a lot of friction 2.) walletlink

I use Rainbow. The UI feels fun, toy-like & approachable (inspires a sense of curiosity / exploration for me). The biggest reason tho is that Rainbow works good enough. It’s not majorly broken or missing any must have features that are worth switching over & relearning a new app.

Have shared this with the PM on wallet, but main missing thing is support from dapps. But also, honestly, if I wasn't a bag holder, I probably wouldn't switch: ux & performance is marginally better than MM, but not significant enough to switch

Rainbow interface is just better for mobile. Meta mask for desktop is alright. just haven’t had much interest in using it.

No, it doesn't support alternate derivation paths for my ledger. I _do_ use it for all my burner addresses, though. UX is superior to metamask, plus I'm allowed to use it on my work computer 😉
