Are you using Coinbase Wallet as your everyday wallet now? If not, what's stopping you?

No for two reasons: 

1.) primarily use on desktop and having to 2fa on mobile is a lot of friction

What’s the pitch on why it’s better than MM? 

Those two features bring it up to par, but too much inertia to migrate my seed unless there’s something that’s better

The CB Wallet Extension now stores your keys locally so you don't need WalletLink or your phone anymore (same as MetaMask)
