I've been obsessed with being resource constrained since it forces me to always prioritize the most important thing We're bootstrapping with @pirosb3 as the solo dev -> what's the most important thing to ship? I live out of 1 backpack -> what are the most important items? (I know I'm in a privileged spot to do this)

Kudos to you & @pirosb3 for bootstrapping and for all of the progress thus far. Curious how much internal debate you've had around the "most important thing to ship?" Are you fairly well aligned w/ a team of two or still opportunities for divergent thinking?

I highly recommend the podcast DOAC with Daniel Priestley... Only build if there is enough people waiting for it. Soap, toothbrush, hair brush, 3change of clothes. Laptop. Egyptian Towel. Diary/journal. Passport and whatever ID/bank/crypto stuff. Key to mates place, where I can couch surf. A guitar. A favourite God book of some uplifting type material. That all? ( hat and shoes on already. lol)
