the more i face this situation, the more i realize how much i want to extract it from the relationship that i have with my daughter: being in a rush my difficulty for planning properly when going out (for example to take her to the kinder) has as a consequence that im in a hurry. and this is the image and process that i convey to her do things fast! we are in a rush! i am the one that perceives time. she doesnt. she is only three years old. so here i am, with my grown up persona putting on top of her the notion of time and my incapacity to relate to it from a place of balance and the more i see myself on these situations, the stronger i realize how important it is to let go of it. to truly learn how to plan and if it happens that we are actually on a rush, learn how to not transfer that to her. learn how to actually be chill on that situation when you are late and you are in a hurry, it doesnt actually help you do things faster it only brings stress and tension and i dont want to bring that to her

im running the code for this frame locally on a computer that is on my office and the code is just such a mess. you wouldn’t believe that a monkey could come up with such spaghetti of words that somehow do something. that sometimes breaks, but also serves as a vehicle for storytelling did you deploy your $fartwin already? https://fartwins.lat

three important lessons from today’s race: 1. look up the altitude map before. it had very intense ups and downs 80% of it. i was not prepared for that and didnt have a strategy 2. don’t run with hoodie. gave a hug to a coach friend on the finish line and she told me this before saying congratulations lol 3. be mindful of the consequences that coffee has in my running practice. i drank two in the morning today before the race and it could be that it raises my heart rate more than what’s helpful. how do you regulate this? what’s your experience around it? overall felt very solid. no pain in my body which is great. felt a bit hard to breathe consistently in a controlled rhythm, probably because im not used to run for long times at this pace (averaged 4:41 for a total time of 22:57) happy and proud overall. looking forward to the next one

on the way to my first formal race. it will be 5km and the mission that i talked with my coach yesterday (shoutout to @satzo7) is to run at a pace of 4:30. he told me the most important is to stick to the plan. if i want to do better times in the future, it will be in other races. or if im feeling good at the 3rd km i can go faster then. but step by step this training is a marathon and today is just a stepping stone on the process. feeling motivated and happy with my father, partner and daughter on the car. they are happy to come with me. mila even wants to run gm

i guess that its time to explain a little bit the quoted system and why i deployed it with a clanker. on my experience, that frame is the first frame that allows you to create a new farcaster account inside it, to play the game that the frame proposes. or live the experience. we are proposing you an experience through it. based on your preferences (your personality is deconstructed into 8 personality traits, and then you have to chose a polarity of each one of those for your FarTwin, that’s a farcaster clone of you, created as a consequence of your interactions with farcaster) creating a new account is easiest via neynar, but we have to pay -today- 3 usd for it. and we needed to test if there was interest for this (so make it as frictionless as possible), so i had the idea to fund this new accounts with the trading fees of this clanker. so far it has made ~450 in fees, which accounts for 150 FarTwins. so far ~68 have been created. each one of these accounts is a playground we come back to work on monday

probably MOST of the people (80 have opened it) that interacted with this frame never realized that there was an actual ai agent deployed as a new farcaster account, because the UI got stuck here working to fix it, but even with this we had a record day of agents deployed via /a0x (61). working on fixes asap

I don’t really know if we need more bots or not. i only know we need experimentation. and this frame and all the system that goes with it is just an experimentation. what makes an ai agent actually valuable? it is only by experimenting that we wrap our minds and spirit around these revolutionary tools, and through that process understand better how to use them in order to create stuff. just for the love of the thrill of how freeing it feels to share it with the world. regardless of what the world says back. that’s not the point go get your FarTwin on the frame below https://fartwins.lat

i notice myself limiting the amount of clankers i launch because i think everyone is thinking about me and im the center of the universe and they may think im a scammer that just wants to extract value and it is actually the exact opposite of that and clankers are epic as a vehicle to bring fire and fuel to an idea

sometimes when im developing the flow that is proposed to the user on a frame i discover experiences that feel very good and the thing i want the most is to share them because i want to see how people react to it and the tension for waiting till its ready -or at least presentable- is so thrilling and fun. can't wait
