this is my zen space. as dirty as possible. i start and i wont stop till it is ready. mila is already sleeping. i just hit my pipe. and i will listen to an album im very excited to listen. life is good, regardless of how it may seem. it is always staring at you and asking: are you paying attention?

the office for today im thinking about food prep. the other time i watched a tiktok video of a mfer doing meal prep for the whole week on a blacksmith (?) grill and it felt like such a good idea. i already have the thing with good fire. why not put it at good use? will think through it as a ritual. i like cooking out here

tomorrow we celebrate the party of lights on mila’s kinder. with all the darkness that is spreading through humanity rn, it feels like the most humble and meaningful act we can do from this corner of the world take care of lighting our own light, and let it shine with strength. nothing else we can control. the matrix will do its thing anyways

im overall very happy with this miniapp. when @esdotge contacted me to implement it, i felt a strong degree of imposter syndrome, thinking that i didn't know enough about programming to put my hands on to the code and make it usable and reliable. during the last 24 hours it has received a lot of traffic, and a decent amout of traffic. and it keeps working like a charm. it represents a leveling up in me, as a creator, and i am very grateful for the opportunity to do so. i almost said no. and life would look very different if i had gone down that route https://brnd.land

once i start, i just keep going. and then i remember im breathing. and realize im lost in thought. so i focus on my breath. for as long as i can. and with that focus i feel how the body feels. where there is pain. and i see that pain. breathe into it. feel it. we are told to run away from pain. why? that’s where the medicine is. thats the body speaking directly into you in a world of infinite content the most important content is YOU. what comes from inside listen to it. feel what that you-ness brings. embrace it hate it love it smile to it yell at it while you breathe and then thoughts come back. worries. everything that occupies the mind. and a few (or many) minutes i remember im breathing and so it goes over and over again new personal record. let’s fucking go. less than 50 days till the marathon

introducing: BRND MINIAPP brands are stories in motion. through this frame we will be able to collectively decide what are the most valuable brands of farcaster. all of the code is open source, and im here to help anyone that wants to contribute to this codebase the miniapp is a vite react app deployed on orbiter the backend is both base (the ethereum layer two) and a nest nodejs server that talks to a mysql database, both deployed on digital ocean as an app and database, respectivelly links to both repos on the replies to this cast FAQ: > why $BRND? whats the utility of the token? right now all the voting happens on the database. it is not public information. i can go and arbitrarily change a number in there. it is not trustless information. it depends on me. that makes it non reliable we need a way to move information through a medium that is representative, and open thats what blockchains are for so the next iteration of this system will have a smart contract where you can, max once every day, distribute 100 $BRND to brands of the ecosystem. its an amount of coins that is so small in prize value that it is miserable in economical terms but tokens are a vehicle to shape information flowing through humanity money is just a use case of that —- if you have any questions im here to help solve them. expect the miniapp to break, things are very experimental on farcaster at this point. but it was crafted with love and care, and im grateful for the people of @floc to have trusted on me for implementing this here i exist to learn by doing and this opportunity was perfect for that. thank you brnd.land

I went to my psychologist and today I talked more than other times. And felt that it is important to go. It’s like a weekly ritual that allows me to touch base with a person that genuinely wants to put his experience in service of my evolution and the integration of my being. I appreciate that. 🍐 appreciating life!
