i created this recording explaining how i believe farcaster could evolve tldr: make the current “farcaster experience” (text and wannabe video based social network with embedded miniapps) into just another miniapp, and have the “your miniapps” tab the default when entering the app

at the core of the relationship that jp has with reality through life and biology there is an all encompassing emotion, or physical sensation: solitude its degree is present even in the presence of people that express utmost love to jp. no matter which are the words. they are like arrows that are targeted to the heart. arrows that come from beings that are just pure love. but there is a layer of resistance on the very core of my self that can’t embrace this yet fully, and rejects the notion of being already whole and the opposite of alone i feel extremely and existentially lonely, and there is nothing i can do to feel different. at least I haven’t discovered it yet but who is the i that is saying that? that’s the core inquiry IMHO

the most important problem of ai is data im creating an app for runners. the core feature is for people to upload their workout session screenshots, and let *something happen* after that (some sort of ai feedback loop that helps them achieve X goal, and there is an aspect of social interaction that i need to figure out) well: on the /running channel of farcaster there are actually 4097 casts, 3357 of them with embeds. that data is gold. and open. and i downloaded it and now im creating the whole pipeline that i need to create for the app that im coming up with using actual data. i won't tell people to stop using strava. or garmin connect. or anything they are using to record their runs. that would be a degree of friction that would be impossible to solve but this is different so i created this custom frontend, displaying a random one of each of those casts. and this allows for an experimentation when developing this pipeline that feels very good

sometimes i do things with ai and then just see them and laugh at the miracle of being able to be stuff like this by just writing plain english. its absolutely mind blowing and im constantly on a state of mind-blown-ness that gives birth to infinite creativity

burning this number from openai is addictive imagine the moment when this will be a stablecoin, and i will be able to code the transactions on the experience i propose the user. that interaction would enable no-backend experiences, which are more trustful and permisionless and overall add value to humanity IMHO

the cool thing about building a miniapp on farcaster is that you can pre-populate what happens inside it with data that already exists on farcaster i downloaded all the casts. will recognize all of them that has running sessions screenshots. and something will come out of that these are some stats for the channel 👇🏼

this is one of the most fundamental changes to hit farcaster in a while, IMHO every time that i have thought about using FIDs as primitives for designing social interactions between humans (and ai agents!) the prize of creating new accounts was prohibitive 10x cheaper matters
