Still mostly merinos a bit more linen, same gear and devices. I still feel overdressed when I go out casually 🙃

I just say (kindly) no to everything that's not the most impactful feature. If I'm not sure I look at the numbers (eg. tools like PostHog, self hosted Metabase plugged to internal DBs, etc)
