I've been obsessed with being resource constrained since it forces me to always prioritize the most important thing We're bootstrapping with @pirosb3 as the solo dev -> what's the most important thing to ship? I live out of 1 backpack -> what are the most important items? (I know I'm in a privileged spot to do this)

Kudos to you & @pirosb3 for bootstrapping and for all of the progress thus far. Curious how much internal debate you've had around the "most important thing to ship?" Are you fairly well aligned w/ a team of two or still opportunities for divergent thinking?

We're aligned in the medium to long run, for short run there are definitely opportunities for debate on how to get there (we do daily syncs to make sure we're on the same page)
