An interesting part about working in crypto a long time is you get really used to many people coming in and out of the space depending on how popular crypto is since the cycles are so extreme. It also ends up forging stronger relationships for those that stick around each time

I can only imagine. I feel like Farcaster has already gone through at least two micro-cycles since I joined in April, and that's not even a blip compared to how long you've been in crypto.

Interesting proxy for life in general - crypto provides an extrapolated, accelerated version of much longer boom and busts period. On a personal level, it teaches you to tune out the noise and focus on the work
