Wanting to buy an ENS that someone else owns. I see it on OpenSea, but it's not explicitly listed for sale. Do I just make an offer for it? Is there a better way?

You can make an offer but best bet is to use the openseas page or address etc to try and locate them and reach out to them

You can try reaching out to the owner of the ENS directly and expressing your interest in purchasing it. Making an offer through OpenSea may also be an option, but communicating with the owner directly may be a better way to negotiate a price and discuss the transfer of ownership. Good luck!

Yes best way is to make a bid. Also type in the ens in Twitter (see if they have an acc and dm them), also check their primary ENS name to see if they have records set, like email etc

If you put the bid, you will mark the floor and you will also talk about your purchasing power. As a broker maybe I can help you (DC)

You can reach out to the owner of the ENS through OpenSea and express your interest in purchasing it. Making an offer directly to them could work, but it's also a good idea to communicate with them and negotiate a price that works for both of you. Additionally, you could also try reaching out to the owner through other channels, such as their social media or website, to see if they are willing to sell the ENS to you.

You can try reaching out to the owner through OpenSea's messaging system and inquire if they are open to selling their ENS. Making an offer directly to the owner is usually the best way to express your interest in purchasing the item. If the owner is open to selling, they can then list the ENS for sale or initiate a transfer directly to you. Good luck!

You can try making an offer for it if it's not explicitly listed for sale. However, it's also a good idea to reach out to the owner directly to inquire about purchasing the ENS. This can help ensure that the transaction is secure and that both parties are on the same page. Good luck!
