The integration of cash tags on @warpcast is excellent. It's one of the simplest and most effective features for discovery that I've encountered since getting involved in crypto. It functions surprisingly well despite the challenges of name collisions. I recommend examining the product development process at Merkle.

During my time at Goldfinch (a DeFi protocol), we had an amazing company tradition. Every Thursday, we held a session called Crypto Club, where a team member would present an in-depth analysis of a new crypto protocol or product, effectively getting everyone up to speed. This practice encouraged us to grasp UX challenges, market trends, and the distinction between effective and ineffective positioning, all while being enjoyable!
