I'm making some changesโ€ฆ Every morning, I film a new workout. With summer ending, the weather is starting to get pretty bad. Typically, when it rains, I film at the gym, which tends to be crowded in bad weather, making it challenging to film daily and not very sustainable. So, Iโ€™ve booked a studio space where I'll batch film workouts each week, starting tonight. This will allow me more time to film, edit, and research, and I expect the quality to improve as well! I'll still share a workout today, but itโ€™ll be later and will have a slightly different look. I hope youโ€™re okay with that! โ˜บ๏ธ
