seems like part of my intestines is trying to get through my abdominal wall 👍🏻

i'm sleeping over and they're evaluating if my intestines are ok and how fast i need a surgery 🤡

i'm taking lots of meds so i'm not really in pain unless when they come here to check my abs and press it

in fact i believe it was bc of the period i didn't work out!

obesity is a risk factor for hernia 
and i also have a small dia stasis due to obesity

A+B= it was there and i never saw it

now that im burning abdominal fat my muscles are getting tighter and the part of the instestines out that was never bothered is in a smaller place
