still at the hospital seems like part of my intestines is trying to get through my abdominal wall 馃憤馃徎 i'm sleeping over and they're evaluating if my intestines are ok and how fast i need a surgery 馃ぁ

in fact i believe it was bc of the period i didn't work out! obesity is a risk factor for hernia and i also have a small dia stasis due to obesity A+B= it was there and i never saw it now that im burning abdominal fat my muscles are getting tighter and the part of the instestines out that was never bothered is in a smaller place
