Yes! I have a pretty fixed schedule to recover from powerlifting. I consider acupuncture a muscle reset from fatigue - I often try to take the day-of a session off to recover fully. To acclimate your body, I think you need weekly sessions for 3-5 weeks, then you can go monthly (or less).

Fatigue. That's all too familiar. With powerlifting, injury, or the prevention of it , must be a pretty strong focus. Thanks for your info. I will look into it. I know you said acclimate but, did you take to it well or did you become more familiar with time?
