We all pay Carta a ton of money to be a verifier of our cap tables.

Curious if that could replace having to complete annual audits with each of our VCs?

Just switched from Carta to Pulley for $$ savings - got a deal

But yeah so far still trying to figure out the justification of why I keep paying these cap table managers in the first place...still have to do audits, still have to do so much BS to export the right/particular info

Cap table management software is ripe for disruption!
It used to be hard to implement a cap table backend. Today, there is an open source / industry standard cap table format (https://www.opencaptablecoalition.com/) with an open source implementation (https://transferagentprotocol.xyz/).... commoditization is coming!
