Are screenshot essays still a thing, given long tweets and long casts?

Possible GPS/camera phone equivalents: stablecoins, smart contracts, smart wallets, an open social graph, low cost L2s, passkeys. Or the GPS and camera phone haven't arrived yet?

Current state of consumer crypto: We have GPS and a camera phone, but we haven't found Uber and Instagram yet.

I want to buy any L2 token in my Coinbase exchange account. It should mirror the experience of buying a listed CEX token, but under the hood it will be a DEX trade on my Coinbase Smart Wallet address, signed by a session key.

I claim $MOXIE every day just to do something onchain via a frame. https://moxie-frames.airstack.xyz/mb

It's odd that the "Your cast is trending" notification shows up well below other earlier notifications. Couldn't find it at first.

If SSO'ing into apps via Google/Apple required you to use another mobile app/extension, SSO'ing would have never gained adoption. It's highly irrational to think that we'd ever see real user growth with today's wallet setups. Passkey-based web wallets like CBSW solve this.

Close to making smart.kylemccollom.eth my primary as kylemccollom.eth. Use it every day, and as a passkey-based web wallet, it is significantly easier than any other wallet format. Just need to be able to use it in mobile apps (e.g. anytime I want to sign a frame transaction, I need to go to Warpcast's web app).

Another example of why specialized apps will win over super apps: Specializing in each experience is a recipe for stagnation. Creating an elite video viewing experience won’t move the needle for Warpcast, and most users would even then still prefer to watch videos on YouTube.

Ethereum is not the open social graph. Social graph - a map of who you know. Interest graph - a map of what you like. Ethereum is an open interest graph: the things you do onchain convey what you like. Farcaster is both an open interest (the content of your posted and liked casts) and social graph (who you follow).

We’ve seen this before: people thought RSS feed readers would dominate, but they never lasted - reading still primarily happens on the native sites where the content was created.
