We all pay Carta a ton of money to be a verifier of our cap tables. Curious if that could replace having to complete annual audits with each of our VCs?

Cap table management software is ripe for disruption! It used to be hard to implement a cap table backend. Today, there is an open source / industry standard cap table format (https://www.opencaptablecoalition.com/) with an open source implementation (https://transferagentprotocol.xyz/).... commoditization is coming!
