got some paintings, drawings and textiles from artist friends and relatives. I also bought some hand crafted limited series books which I consider art

I own a bunch of screen prints that I purchased from artists. I also have watercolors and oil paintings made by ancestors and family friends.

Are you suggesting art can exist without NFTs?

Usually when I travel I like to collect art as a souvenir - to display at home, yes

Paintings 🖼️, Prints, Digital artworks (On Giro, On Taro by Haring, Body Paint by Exonemo) and websites 🖥️ (e.g. www.muchbetterthanthis.com). Bought through shops/galleries or straight from the artist.

I have several paintings and some prints on my walls. Some are from ‘real’ artists and some are my own. Mostly purchased online and gifts from friends. I usually get them framed and then find a good place on walls to display them. There are a few in the closet still. Why do you ask?

My wife and I bought plenty of physical art (which went up on our walls) well before we bought any NFT art. Bought mainly through galleries, but sometimes direct from the artists (eg student art shows).

I've only ever bought one piece IRL, I got it summer 2022 at an art fest near me. I didn't find out until later that the artist also has some NFTs, which I also bought one. Pretty much dead project, but it's fun that I own both a physical and NFT piece from this artist. I have it hanging above my piano.

I own several physical pieces and prints I've collected over the years. Purchased either at gallery shows, through trading artworks with other artists, and/or buying from other collectors. I like the physical pieces, especially from "hard to collect" street artists. I display all of it.

Well, I got the studio full of prints and other stuff. Some originals, some limited edition, but it counts as art for me

Like physical art or digital (but non-blockchain) art? I've long had actual art pieces wherever I live. Usually paintings.

Yes, tons. Besides my own work (paintings, ceramics, cast metal, 3D prints), we also have my wife's screen prints, my wife's late grandma's plein air oil paintings, prints and ceramics by lesser-known artists, and a few FAILE prints. We display as much as we can, but not everything! We have them because we love art.

I've been collecting for about 20 years but mostly just local inexpensive stuff. I have shelves with pottery and ceramics and some paintings on the walls. I got almost all of it at art fairs and I bought it because makes me feel something.

Artobotic has lots of amazing miniature art in its vault ranging from amateur artists to Royal Academicians and Turner Prize artists. People collect them from our machines and display them in their homes as collections.
