The other day, I was complaining that I could only drink brewed coffee at home… and now it’s my third day drinking it at home because I’m on sick leave. Haha careful what you wish for!

Also, I’ve decided I want a smart ring to track my sleep and activity. It’s recommended choosing the right size with a size kit, which I received yesterday. After testing the samples, I realized I feel most comfortable wearing it on my thumb rather than the recommended index finger.

Overall, it does the same as a smartwatch or fitness band, but I’m especially interested in sleep tracking. I don’t like wearing a wristband to bed, so the ring seemed like a more comfortable alternative.

Does anyone already have one or something similar? What are your thoughts?

I’m still figuring out how it works, and they say the first month is just for collecting data before it starts giving recommendations.  I’ll share my experience later!

For the first two weeks to a month, it collects personal baseline data, so I’ll probably be able to share my own review after that!
