Profit margins in food service are exceptionally challenging. Typically 5-10%. After cost of food, truck and equipment upkeep, labor… that $500k annual sales is looking more like $50k in your pocket.

I know people who ran a food truck and I call BS on those numbers. But learning a trade like an electrician or plumber is an awesome idea for young people to consider. Always needed, everywhere in the world, and well paid.

@king where / how can blockchain technology disrupt this market? Ex. popup food truck crawl app that uses pre minted tickets as promo codes and as a proxy for demand. If you’re thinking in silos you might not be staking high yield tacos.
