Ngl a couple of months ago i would have told you that i think remote work is better but that is totally cap The amount I have been able to get done being in person is insane, not to mention the feedback loop is way better From the employees perspective I get remote work (i never had a in person job) but from the founder side its not even close

as a founder who struggles being highly productive unless im alone in the room, I'm quite curious why you think the opposite applies to you. my thesis is each person achieves peak productivity in a different environment, mostly depending on their attitude, social behaviour and discipline.

Sometimes in person is only hardly possible. I personally find that, having virtual biking sessions & coworking in a zoom meeting for hours can get to similar experiences regarding feedback loop & brainstorming

Remote is good if you want work life balance. In person required if you want to win and be the best. Depends on what you want
