ai can’t replace an engineer yet, but its rate of improvement is unprecedented. it won’t be long before the line becomes even more blurred. what will remain true is that, like any tool, its effectiveness increases based on the user’s skills. no-coder + ai = 1/2 dev dev + ai = 2-10 devs

why aren't siwe and siwf ubiquitous in auth solutions? by now I would have expected at least siwe to be everywhere as a plug-and-play adapter/provider, but it can only be found in an old nextauth tutorial for a custom implementation

openai tried its best to craft a narrative that justified shipping closed-sourced models, despite their initial vision and stated goals. then they were outperformed 100x by an open-sourced model built by a bunch of chinese nerds. there’s some irony in that.

Being a founder is brutal. Success should neither be the motivation nor the goal—it should be the inevitable consequence of building something valuable. Otherwise, the weight of the journey will crush you in the long run. Would you still be happy spending your life building something, even if it leads to no success? If the answer is no, dig deeper into what truly motivates you. Then nothing will be able to bring you down.

Great summary about the challenges and strategy for scaling ethereum. One thing I’m personally excited about are L1 state reads from L2, not just for interop but to boost composability for protocols on L2. Many use cases I’ve thought about will finally become possible. I also plan to contribute more to discussions and development. If you’re an Ethereum dev, consider doing the same. There’s no better time to get involved.
