Ngl a couple of months ago i would have told you that i think remote work is better but that is totally cap The amount I have been able to get done being in person is insane, not to mention the feedback loop is way better From the employees perspective I get remote work (i never had a in person job) but from the founder side its not even close

Remote is good if you want work life balance. In person required if you want to win and be the best. Depends on what you want
