per capita 💶 twenty Beef tripe rice contains a lot of ingredients, including pig trotters, sausages, smoked ham, and baked beans. Drinking it hot is very satisfying. The stewed chestnut with pork neck is also amazing, I even like it better. Pork is tender and has a buttery aroma, and potatoes are also flavorful. And when ordering the main course, vegetables or rice are always included, and the quantity is not small. When the dessert is served with whiskey ice cream cake, the waiter will pour in the liquor, which pairs with ice cream and has a unique flavor. The waiters are all grandfathers, they are so cute!

Saw an influencer post an 90g protein shake lmao I don’t know who needs to hear this, but your body cannot absorb that much protein in one sitting. ~30g of whey is the max, casein is a lot higher (but also much slower digesting) Stop trying to cheat the system (you can’t) Focus on having regular meals and eating your bw in protein through natural Whole Foods
