Saw an influencer post an 90g protein shake lmao I don’t know who needs to hear this, but your body cannot absorb that much protein in one sitting. ~30g of whey is the max, casein is a lot higher (but also much slower digesting) Stop trying to cheat the system (you can’t) Focus on having regular meals and eating your bw in protein through natural Whole Foods
